Currently we offer a range of workshops through Circus 3230 for adults, children, schools, corporate & community groups.
We individually tailor all workshops for suitability covering a range of base circus skills including:

- poi & staff spinning

- hula hooping
- spinning plates & balancing
- basic adagio (human counterbalancing)

- stilt walking

- rolla bolla
Through our workshops we aim to increase co-ordination, strength, flexibility, fine & gross motor skills & cardio fitness.
We also focus on developing self confidence, body image, teamwork & trust.
